NOTICE TO VACATE:
If you are wishing to vacate you can download the below form and submit to our office. Remember you need to give 28 days notice in writing. Otherwise feel free to email your notice direct to rentals@theestateagentballarat.com.au
VACATE CHECKLIST:
If you are vacating, it's a good idea to print out the Vacate Checklist to make sure you have everything organised before you hand the keys into our office.
RENTAL PAYMENT DETAILS:
Its important to remember your rental payments are due on or before your due date. If you prefer to pay directly into our Rental Trust Account remember to include your property reference. Click on the tab below for our banking details and information.
URGENT REPAIR CONTACT LIST:
